APKzo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and will respond promptly to valid notices of claimed infringement.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and believe that material available on APKzo infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice (a "DMCA Notice") to our Designated Agent at the address below.
2. What Your DMCA Notice Must Include
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it — please include the full URL(s) on APKzo.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

To speed up processing, please use the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include all six items listed above. Incomplete notices may delay our response.
4. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, APKzo will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material expeditiously and, where appropriate, notify the party that provided it.
5. Counter-Notice
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
6. Repeat Infringers
APKzo will, in appropriate circumstances, remove listings and restrict access for users or developers who are found to be repeat infringers.
7. Misrepresentation
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please be sure before submitting a notice.
